Construction Testing Solutions is a market leader in the provision of construction materials testing and site investigation services within the UK, and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements to maintain and continually improve the quality and scope of our services.
By signing this Quality Management Policy, the Chief Executive Officer gives approval to the Quality Management System described in the Quality Management System Manual and supporting procedures.

The Chief Executive Officer has the overall responsibility for the Quality Management Policy and encouraging commitment by personnel at all levels of the Company.
The Management Representatives nominated in the Quality Management System Manual are responsible for the formulation, development, co-ordination, implementation and monitoring of the policy throughout the organisation.
Senior management are expected to demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the Quality Management System by:
All employees are responsible for the success of the policy implementation by being aware of their responsibilities described in the Quality Management System.
The Quality Management Policy is communicated to all employees, contractors and visitors. A copy is displayed on employee notice boards at each regional office and laboratory, published on the internal company shared drive and made available in the company’s HR management systems. All employees are required to be aware of the content and communicate any queries to their line manager.
Copies shall be made available to interested parties on request and a copy is published on the company website.
This Quality Management Policy is evaluated as part of the overall annual review of the Quality Management System to ensure its stated objectives are met.
