CTS, the leading supplier of construction related testing, consulting, and surveying services in the UK, is pleased to announce the promotion of Carolyn Cole to the position of Human Resources Director.
Carolyn who sits on CTS’ Group Senior Leadership Team, will continue to lead significant projects across the business, embedding best practice HR initiatives across the CTS group of companies.
Carolyn joined CTS in 2018 as HR Manager, after working within a leading agricultural business for over six years.
Over the last three years, Carolyn has been responsible for developing and progressing CTS’ HR policies, building a successful team of HR professionals, and establishing our internal women in business group, known as COFE Club (Creating Opportunities for Excellence). She is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and is a strong advocate for improving Mental Health Awareness, not just at CTS but across the construction industry and beyond.
