CTS, the leading construction testing, inspection and consulting company, has appointed Ollie Devine as its new Group M&A Director. He will work alongside Phil Coles (CEO), Richard Piper (CFO) and the senior leadership team to deliver the groups strong Buy and Build strategy.
Having trained as a chartered accountant he began his career at KPMG in their transaction services team. He then worked at Orbis Partners, an independent corporate finance advisory firm, where he advised business owners, management teams and investors on all aspects of corporate finance, before moving to Funeral Partners, a private equity backed company as their in-house M&A Manager. Ollie brings a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, and will be responsible for building the acquisition pipeline, negotiating with targets, managing the Due Diligence processes and Integration Planning pre & post completion.
