CTS Client Portal
At CTS we offer a secure online calibration portal, allowing our customers access to their calibration certificates and equipment reports.
The portal provides information regarding calibration status, recall dates, instrument details, references, and certificate numbers.
All reports are available to download, print, or just keep in the cloud enabling management, distribution, and administration of calibration certificates in an effective manner.
Access to current and historical calibration information is obtained through any one of several searches including instrument description, serial number, or customer reference number.
Our online portal is highly secure and accessible by using login credentials provided by us during the initial setup stage.

What is calibration?
Calibration is the activity of checking the comparison between a customer’s instrumentation and a standard. It may also include adjusting the instrument to align it with the standard. The comparison information (results) is then reported on a calibration certificate.
What are the main reasons for calibration?
The main reasons for calibration are to ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of the instrument, to determine its accuracy, and to ensure the readings are consistent with other measurements.
What is the difference between a UKAS (17025:2017 approved) and a Standard (Traceable) calibration/certification?
A UKAS calibration can also be considered traceable. The difference between the two is that UKAS calibrations are carried out under the remit of an ISO/IEC 17025 quality system by a laboratory that UKAS has accredited to ensure the consistency and accuracy of results.
What is your calibration turnround?
Our standard turnround for providing calibration is 5 working days.
Do you provide a calibration price list?
We don’t provide a specific calibration price list as there are many variations of equipment and tests. However, if you can provide us with a list of equipment, we will gladly provide a competitive quotation.
Do you provide an express service?
Calibration Testing Solutions operates a standard 5-day turnaround for all our calibration services. However, for those occasions when you need a faster turnaround, we also offer three express service options:
- Same-day turnaround - when time is of the essence, we offer a 1-day calibration service. This option is available for all services except dimensional calibration.
- 24-hour turnaround - We also offer a 24-hour turnaround. This option is available for all services except dimensional calibration.
- 3-day turnaround - available across all our calibration services. We guarantee to return your equipment within 72 hours of pick-up or drop-off.
Can you provide calibration at our site?
We can provide calibration on a wide range of equipment at your site. On site calibration is based on a daily rate and quantity of equipment.
Do you provide a collection & delivery service?
We provide a weekly free collection and delivery service within a 30-mile radius
How will I receive my certificate?
All calibration certificates are available on a unique customer portal, easily accessible with secure logon details provided by CTS during the account set-up process.
